The service is run by Grupo 21 / Consigna. The left luggage office can be found in the check-in hall on level 2, with options for secure short-term and longer-term storage. There are options at Alicante Airport as well as in the city. YMMV.Whether you are on a stop-over at Alicante Airport and would like to visit the town for a few hours, or you have an evening flight and need to check out of your accommodation in the morning, a left luggage facility can be useful. Sorry this was your experience, but actually it is very common and was even the same when I used train station storage lockers in Europe on a EuroRail pass back in the late 90s. The fee was for one (1) closing of the locker, and then one (1) opening of the locker, regardless of how long one needed to regain access to your belongings. This is actually no different than back in the day when actual lockers were in use, prior to 9/11. If you need to access your luggage, even just for three (3) minutes, then you effectively have to pay another "rental". The locker / luggage storage is per one (1) closing and one (1) opening of the locker, per 24 hours. To poster #1 (NorthVan_Dan), that is unfortunately what happened to you (imo). ![]() ![]() The rate is the same at either location, per 24 hours, for one (1) close and open of the locker. The 2nd location is down by Salida 6 & 7, opposite the Wings restaurant, on the Exit side of the terminal. ![]() The 1st location is right next to the Hertz car rental counter, airside, kinda opposite Salida (Exit) doors # 1 & 2. In T1 there are two (2) luggage storage locations.
